Existing Thin Lizzy subscribers may receive an email which contains a sign-up link to join the “Glam Squad” program.

Where an order is placed on the Thin Lizzy website during the Offer Period via one of these personal referral links, by someone who:
a)    make an order with minimum spend $100; and
b)    has not placed an order with Thin Lizzy in the 6 months prior to the start of the Offer Period

c)    get 20% off the first order
the person making the referral (each a “Referrer”) shall be eligible to receive $10 for each one of the successful referred purchases.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Referrer will need to sign up to "Glam Squad" in order to be eligible and will be bound by these Terms.  All refunds provided to Referrers will be completed via PayPal. Each Referrer agrees to only be paid through PayPal. Each Referrer must have or create a PayPal account and will be required to communicate their PayPal email address to the Promoter via a sign-up link when joining the “Glam Squad” program.

Each Referrer shall ensure that referral links are shared only with close family and friends, with the consent of the person being referred.  Referrals will be invalid where the Promoter suspects inappropriate use, such as publishing links on public forums or similar activity.   The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions relating to the "Glam Squad" program, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.

All orders placed via referral links shall be subject to these Terms
