Thin Lizzy offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This is only applicable to products bought online or through TV sales. The product must not be opened/used, and in its original packaging. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping.
If you want to return goods to us, you must firstly notify us within 30 days of receiving the good(s) by email or telephone (1800 222 684)
Q. What if my product was received damaged or faulty?
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Q. If I bought a Thin Lizzy product in store, am I able to return it?
Unfortunatly, if you bought a product directly from a store (both in-store or via their website/online platform) you are unable to return to us. The product if damaged/faulty must be returned to the store and is subject to their returns policy.
Q. I ordered the wrong foundation shade online - What now?
We understand it can be difficult to order your correct foundation shade online. This is why we have created our Colour Swap Guarantee.
