    Q. Does Thin Lizzy offer refunds?

    If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Thin Lizzy offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This is only applicable to products bought online or through TV sales. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping.

    All items detailed on the invoice we provide to you must be returned if a refund is requested, together with any ‘free’ gifts or ‘specials’ included with the invoiced goods, unless advertised otherwise. 

    PLEASE NOTE: All returned items must be in their original packaging.

    If you want to return goods to us, you must firstly notify us within 30 days of receiving the good(s) by emailing customerservice@thinlizzy.com.au Please note, processing and handling/shipping costs will not be refunded. 

    EXCEPTIONS: Clearance items (discounted further than 50% off)  are not entitled to a refund or return unless it is received faulty. Bundle offers still qualify for a refund or return.

    Q. What if my product was received damaged or faulty?

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund if you receive your product damaged or faulty. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced - you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the good(s) by emailing customerservice@thinlizzy.com.au

    Q. If I bought a Thin Lizzy product in store, am I able to return it?

    Unfortunately, if you bought a product directly from a store (both in-store or via their website/online platform) you are unable to return to us. If the product is damaged/faulty, it must be returned to the store and is subject to their returns policy. 

    Q. I ordered the wrong shade online - can I exchange for another shade?

    We understand it can be difficult to order your correct shade online. This is why we have created our Colour Swap Guarantee.
