Incredibly Disapointed
"My Mother bought this product in hopes of being able achieve a wing eye look. I am extremely disappointed that she didn't even have a chance to try as the stamp did not have ANY ink inside it. I have tried everything to get the stamp to work, including shaking the tube and nothing has worked. My mother payed $25 for a product that didn't even work. You got her hopes up and then let her down. Do better."
