We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the results. Max Lash is a 3-step fibre mascara system, and the fibres are designed to create the appearance of longer and fuller lashes. If too much product is applied, it can sometimes lead to excess fibre fallout or a fluffy appearance.
For the best results, we recommend applying a thin coat of gel first, followed by a light layer of fibres from mid-length to the tips while the gel is still slightly tacky, then finishing with a final coat of gel to seal. Applying a light layer at each step helps achieve the best finish.

I have been using this mascara for years & I love it. Really thickens my lashes with 1 or 2 coats... Don't be put off by the 2 step process.. really easy to do.. mascara brushed on, then brush with fibres & seal with another coat of mascara.. repeat if u want to build further.. it's so worth it & gr8 value when you can purchase 2 for 1.. Many mascaras cost way more & u get way less. I use this mascara every day & I get a month out of a tube, sometimes more. My lashes are fine & one of the things I really love about this mascara us the easy removal in the shower.. the "tubes" of mascara just come right off in the shower. I use face soap & water & a cosmetic brush & face beautifully clean & mascara gone. No hassle & no necessity for fuss & makeup removers.
